Ray Tribe is Director of Operations at Lynden International Logistics in Toronto, Canada. Ray’s responsibilities focus on leading the one of the largest Canadian 3PL networks of pharmaceutical and consumer health distribution centres. With the growing need for balance between compliance and cost containment in this industry, he is deploying a variety of people development strategies and best in class supply chain tools. Previously, Ray was Manager of Distribution Strategy at Johnson & Johnson Medical Products. Prior to entering the medical device and pharmaceutical industry, Ray's career was based in distribution, manufacturing, supply planning and product commercialization with Kraft Canada Inc., Coca Cola Ltd. and American Standard. Ray blends his skills in supply chain with his passion for instructing in the field of leadership development, coaching and Emotional Intelligence. He is a member of the Logistics Quarterly Magazine Advisory Board; a Professional Engineer graduating from McMaster University in Civil Engineering & Management; and holds a Certificate of Executive Supply Chain & Logistics Management from Schulick School of Business at York University.
