Log., Senior Director, Infrastructure Planning,&lt;br /&gt;Research In Motion Limited, has more than 20 years’ experience in Asian supply management, including strategic sourcing and procurement, contract manufacturing, logistics, emerging market entry and Joint Ventures. A former paratrooper and military logistics officer, he has an M.A. degree in Trade and Logistics from the School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University in Washington, D.C. He was, most recently, Vice President, Supply Management for a US $ 1.0 billion multiproduct  manufacturer until its recent purchase by a private equity group. The 2009 conference is the 32nd consecutive WERC annual conference.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The conference will feature more than 80 sessions, all focused on practical aspects of distribution operations. Sessions include lecture/classroom presentations, roundtable discussions, tours of local warehousing facilities and the product showcase known as WIRE (WERC's Industry Resources Event).
